This is the cover (by the very talented Ghostpockets) to a new anthology comic Vanguard, the dreamchild of the Emerald Isle's very own overactive scribe Mr Dirk Van Dom, who pens all four stories in it, including a one-pager drawn by yours truly entitled Tucker's Romantic Escape (the first of many, apparently).
